BAAABS panel workshop

Revision 24 · 206 named exterior panels · Seattle 206

Road width: 102 in maximum · Current study does not meet it

Road mode retains the bus, six station pairs and every fitting left attached. The deck/frame, sheep panels, projecting arms, speakers and event equipment come off. Current stations alone: 102.9 in; with mirrored docking pads: approximately 103.3 in. This is a model result; donor measurements and the complete retained hardware inventory remain unresolved.

The 102-in limit is a hard project requirement. This study must be revised before it can be accepted for road use. Width check · Project requirement · Washington rule

Panels & framing

First contender: six paired stations (12 uprights). Blue = permanent steel; orange = removable roof frame; purple = bracing; pink = attachment zones. Existing trial sections, not load-rated. Framing is separate from the 206 exterior panels.

Hover for a panel name and pink highlight. Click a panel or table row to change Current panel; focus flashes orange.

Vertices & edge alignment

A = current panel · B = comparison panel. Click a numbered vertex to choose its outgoing edge.

Alignment audit

Surface crossings need review in context, especially where the head, collar and body meet.

Vertex coordinates and comparison outline

Coordinates in inches: +X aft, +Y passenger side, +Z up. Flat outlines have independent rotations; use the angle readings to compare alignment.

D = driver / party side, P = passenger side, C = center. B = body, C = collar, E = ear, F = face, H = head shell, K = hoof.

Dimensions are measured from the concept model. Blank dimensions describe a flat bounding rectangle, not a cut pattern. The workbook includes individual edges, vertices, placement, openings, material, estimated weight and build tracking. No cutting allowances or mounting holes have been added.
